Trainer Barry Sellars and forfar Athletic director Jim Weir are recovering well after training on Monday night after being included in a head-on motorway collision.
Weir, who drove the vehicle, and Sellars were rushed by ambulance from the scene however were okay to be published during the night.
Both men suffered quite severe whiplash accidents, as well as some cuts and bruises, but a team statement said that”both are lucky not to have lasted more severe injuries”.
The driver of the vehicle escaped without serious injury.
Forfar sit in the Scottish League 1 desk, dropping their final game 3-0 in Falkirk on Saturday.
