City defender John Stones is best fit to return after a thigh injury. He’ll take the area of Aymeric Laporte, who has been ruled out for five to six months after undergoing knee surgery. Striker Gabriel Jesus (thigh) comes in back and midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has overcome a stomach bug but Benjamin Mendy (knee) isn’t yet ready to reunite and winger Leroy Sane (knee) is a long term.

You have no reason to look at the issues of Man City and worry, apart from the injury to Aymeric Laporte possibly. Norwich are good going forward – Teemu Pukki is being talked about by everybody however Todd Cantwell has started great also. They won’t do this against City, although the full-backs prefer to get high. The Norwich defenders will probably be rash against the side of Pep Guardiola. Tells something to you.
Daniel Farke doesn’t adopt – . If you inquire 90 per cent of Norwich fans now if they’d have a 4-1 hammering attempting to open up the game, or whether they’d rather lose 1-0 and not have a shot on goal, I think that they would go to the former. They need to go at it by a positive part, and that’s how you test yourself although It’s not an embarrassment losing to Manchester City. As was Raheem Sterling, kevin De Bruyne was great in Glasgow.
CHARLIE PREDICTS: 2-6 (66/1 with Sky Bet)
