Kyle Busch, who leads the NASCAR standings and has won three of those 10 season races up to now, is the 3-1 favorite in the latest 2019 Gander RV 400 chances. He’s followed closely with Kevin Harvick (4-1), who won here in 2018 and 2015, whilst pole-sitter Chase Elliott is 6-1.
